Jen Lopez Won't Take Over From Paula Abdul

Hotel di Cianjur - Jennifer Lopez according a new news. Paula Abdul who shot to fame with Rush Rush in the early eighties has been pouting a lot lately. Better known today as one of the judges on the famed reality show, American Idol, Paula was quite disappointed because she hasn’t (yet) been signed on for another season of the show along with the rest of the judges and host Ryan Seacrest.

Paula’s disappointment is so deep it appears almost as though she would fall into another bout of heavy drinking. The news that Jennifer Lopez would be replacing Paula certainly didn’t make her feel better. However, a representative for Jennifer Lopez
revealed to People magazine that although Lopez was a huge fan of the show, she certainly would not be taking over from Paula. He added that Lopez was busy with her latest movie The Back-Up Plan which would be out in 2010 and would clash with a music album as well.

That’s certainly good news for Paula who would also be happy to know that fans of American Idol hope she would be back in the new season. After all, who else would have heated arguments with Simon Cowell then? There are also rumours that Paula has been offered a judging position on the next season of So You think You Can Dance, which would suit Paula just fine since she had her first break as a dancer.
